Sean Foster always takes care of my family's needs. He even took hours to help reorganize my mother's paper work when the transfering hospital sent it in a mess. He is professional but leaves you with a smile. So grateful for him.

My mother does not like Doctors... she hates them. But Dr. Foster keeps her laughing and works with her. I really like Dr Foster because she really listens. To me that is one of the most important parts of a visit to the doctors office. She is always very personable and compassionate. She addressed each of my concerns (thyroid issues, chronic fatigue and stress) and immediately ordered blood panels to make sure everything is ok. I also like that you don’t have to go somewhere else to get your bloodwork done. I am so glad I found Dr. Foster and even though we are moving almost 35 minutes away, I plan to continue having her as my primary care doctor.

This was my first visit to Restoration Primary Care. I found Dr. Foster and her staff to be genuinely concerned with my health and well being. Recent visit for my annual Wellness Check, and was greeted by the receptionist who had me complete a Medicare survey. Shortly thereafter, I was taken to a private room where I waited for Dr. Foster to see me. She was very pleasant and asked many questions about my health, and I had the opportunity to ask her some questions. She extended my prescriptions for another six months. We chatted for a few minutes and was thanked for coming in. The whole atmosphere was friendly and welcoming.

Dr. Shannon always answers my questions and concerns and spends enough time so that I feel comfortable that my needs are met. The only thing amiss this visit was that for some reason the meds that she ordered were not called in and my daughter had to call again to your office to see where they were. This little mishap caused us to be out at night picking up the meds from Walgreens in Tullahoma....but we did get them after a 20-minuite wait.

Very good first visit: just the basics: taking vitals and a short conversation. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that I found instructions for getting blood work done a bit vague.

My primary care doctor of many years passed away, so I had to find a new one. I chose Dr. Murray to be my new primary, but then he ended up moving, and Shannon took over at the office. I've been seeing Shannon since she first took over, and I feel very comfortable in the choice. I have a lot of health issues and it's not easy to find a new doctor that you are comfortable with. I feel like Shannon really listens, she's very smart, and when I became pregnant at age 38, she double checked every single one of my medications, to make sure they were safe, and changed the ones that weren't. Overall, I'm very pleased with the care I've been given since she became my primary.

My first appointment and first time meeting Dr Foster and the office was very welcoming. I felt comfortable talking to her as I typically get "white coat" but I found myself talking like she was one of my friends LOL I had to apologize and reel it back in to be somewhat professional. She listened to what I had to say and my concerns and wasn't trying to rush me out. I was sold on her after just waiting in the wait room. I loved how Dr foster listened to every concern rather than stopping me and telling me that we could only focus on one thing at a time when everything going on is connected. She sat and listened, not saying anything til I was done. Then when I mentioned what I thought it could be, instead of getting upset about me self diagnosing, she said she suspected the same thing of what id mentioned, I've been to see 7 PCOS 5 songs and 3 vein/heart Drs in the last 6 years for one thing and there was 2 of them that listened, I believe the front desk should be professional and speak kindly, and not just sit chitchatting while there's a line, not treating the patient like their late for school and if you have paperwork to fill out whole having another client they should hand the paperwork to the person that needs it instead of making us wait 10 mins to get it then another 10 mins just cuz they are chitchatting with another client. The front desk person did all this. I can't stand for even 60 seconds without getting sick so what they did was very unprofessional. All in all Dr fosters amazing but the front desk needs to be more professional because they are the face of the Dr and if the client has a bad experience with them, the Dr looses potential clients
